生产方法及用途
生产方法
在100ml反应瓶中加入N-(4-氟苯甲基)邻苯二甲酰亚胺25.5g(0.1mol)和25ml无水乙醇,再加入80%水合肼溶液6.3g(0.1mol),加热回流0.5g。加入过量的盐酸使析出的白色沉淀分解,冷却后加入适量的水搅拌,抽滤。滤液用NaOH溶液中和,用乙醚萃取,乙醚萃取液干燥后蒸除乙醚,减压蒸馏,收集44-46℃(67kPa)馏分,得对氟苄胺7.1g,收率56.5%。
用途
用于医药、农药中间体。
