生产方法及用途
生产方法
1、 其制备方法是将甲苯、3,5-二氯苯胺投入到反应釜中,待3,5-二氯苯胺全部溶解后,通光气,控制反应温度-10～0℃,通光气时间约6h,通光气完毕后,将物料转入热反应釜,加热升温到105℃左右,物料变透明,再保温回流一定时间,通入氮气,驱赶光气和氯化氢,由专门的吸收装置破坏,驱赶毕,将物料降至室温即为产品。
用途
1、 3,5-二氯苯基异氰酸酯是杀菌剂异菌脲的中间体。
