生产方法
由4-氨基-3-硝基甲苯在硫酸存在下与过硫酸钾反应生成3-硝基-4-亚硝基甲苯。再用重铬酸钾氧化得到3,4-二硝基苯甲酸。用此法制备该品的过程与2,5-二硝基苯甲酸完全相同,可参见该条目。

用途

用作糖的定量分析试剂,也用于有机合成。
