生产方法
1. 烟草：OR，26。2.制法：
于装有搅拌器、通气导管、滴液漏斗的反应瓶中，加入氯化钯0.53g（3mmol），氯化亚铜2.97g（30mmol），24mLDMF水溶液（7:1），搅拌下通入氧气（鼓泡）约1h。慢慢滴加1-癸烯（2）4.2g（30mmol），约10min加完。加完后继续室温通氧气。反应物逐渐由绿色变为黑色，15min后又变为绿色。搅拌通氧24h后，将反应物倒入冷的3mol/L盐酸100mL中，乙醚提取5次。合并乙醚层，依次用饱和碳酸氢钠溶液、饱和食盐水洗涤，无水硫酸镁干燥。旋转浓缩后，减压分馏，收集43～50℃/133Pa的馏分，得乙癸酮（1）3～3.4g，收率65%～73%。
