由邻甲苯磺酰氯与氨水和60℃反应2h，氨化生成邻甲苯磺酰胺。将反应物冷却，过滤，得到粗品，再经活性炭脱色、酸碱精制而得成品。
用途
热固树脂的增塑剂，作为原料应用在有机合成、制备指甲油、染料、荧光颜料和涂料。
