生产方法及用途
生产方法
用对硝基苯乙酮经溴化制得,反应式为: 将溶剂氯苯及对硝基苯乙酮加入反应釜,18℃下滴加少量溴,有溴化氢放出时反应已启动,控制温度在26~28℃滴加溴素,滴完后反应1小时,升温以赶出HBr,后处理即得本品。
用途
修饰α-胰凝乳蛋白酶中的甲硫氨酸残渣。用作有机合成原料和医药中间体等。
